Dr Dawn Lewis, a public health practitioner and health education specialist, with over 20 years of experience helping people with diabetes, high blood pressure, weight control issues, and other chronic conditions improve or reverse their disease through lifestyle education and health coaching. In her current faith-based coaching program, she promotes the importance of a strong faith foundation along with the six pillars of lifestyle medicine (Nutrition, Physical Activity, Restorative Sleep, Stress Management, Avoiding Harmful Substances, and Social Connectedness) to help clients succeed in reaching their health and wellness goals.

Fiona M. Lindo, MD, MPH, is a practicing urogynecologist and health coach Dr. Lindo has a passion for each one to have the best quality of life.  She embraces a faith-based wholistic wellness approach incorporating mindfulness, mental wellbeing, movement, and whole food plant-based nutrition. With her specialized focus on women's pelvic health and wellness, she aims to understand the unique needs of individuals and provide compassionate care and coaching.  She focuses on promoting Health and Wellness, encouraging individuals and groups to attain the blessings that God has intended for us all.

Wayne Skinner is a chaplain,  published author, and wellness and leadership coach. Wayne is currently a compassionate Healthcare Chaplain at Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Houston, TX area.  He is married to the lovely and talented Dr. Fiona Lindo and together, they minister to others with a focus on holistic care and wellbeing. Wayne is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with friends, neighbors, patients, and anyone else who will listen.
